We felt very welcome! Everyone was professional and friendly. We were so thankful to get an appointment the same day we called. It is a comfort to have just moved here and were able to find a great dentist!!
Been going to this dental practice since moving into the area about 4 years ago & only have great things to say. The entire staff is always pleasant & professional. As an older person, it is especially important to maintain good dental health. I have had a lot of work done but have never had a bad experience there. Highly recommended!!

The doctors are highly skilled. Very caring and friendly. Easy to talk with. The support staff are the greatest group of people starting at the reception desk. They all are able to turn a not so pleasant experience into a good one.
After looking for a dentist I am so thankful. I normally get anxious when I have to go to the dentist, but I had a wonderful experience today. It started a little rough because I did have to fill out a good amount of paperwork, but then I was called to the back by Kelly. She was nice while doing my X-rays and preparing me for the dentist and dental hygienist. Even with my million questions she was very accommodating. Then Kendall, the dental hygienist came into the room to check my teeth, and I just loved his gentleness and professionalism. He checked my teeth, explained what he was doing, and didn’t even cause my lipstick to smear 😄. Once Dr. Giles came into the room, I knew that I had found the right place. She took her time to listen to my concerns, and she explained everything that was going on with my teeth. I felt comfortable, safe and heard here, and I will be returning soon. Thank you all for a great dental experience.
Well, for starters, I absolutely love Marilyn!! She is very professional and does a very thorough job with my cleaning every time I’m there (I’ve been going for 9 years now.) From the front office staff to the hygienists to the dentists, everyone in the office is super friendly and willing to help. It’s a top notch Dentist office in my opinion!
I am not one to go to the Dentist and this one has to be the best I have ever been too. I drive all the way from Clayton and worth it. THANK YOU. The hygienist was wonderful. She explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. She was great and I appreciate all the cleaning up she did for me with patience and kindness....
I recently had an outstanding experience at Main Street Family Dentistry in Holly Springs with Dr. Tara Wiggins. She performed a tooth extraction with such precision and speed, and to my surprise, I didn’t feel any pain at all! From the moment I checked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Dr. Wiggins and her assistant took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and my options, which I truly appreciated. If you're looking for excellent dental care in the area, I highly recommend Dr. Wiggins and the team at Main Street Family Dentistry. This was my first visit to Main Street Family Dentistry and I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs!
This was my first visit with Main Street. The front desk staff was warm & welcoming and the check in process went smoothly. My oral hygienist, Kendall, was amazing! He talked me through what he was doing every step of the way. He was very personable, funny, and his spirit was simply contagious! Dr. Wiggins was awesome! She explained my options thoroughly. She was personable as well, friendly, and just had a wonderful bedside manner. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend this office in a heartbeat! Keep up the awesome work!
