DENTIST

Dr. Tara Wiggins was born in Knoxville, Tennessee. She completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University with a BS in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Wiggins received her DDS degree from the UNC at Chapel Hill. She received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Fayetteville VA Hospital. She is a member of the ADA, American Academy is Dental Sleep Medicine, NC Dental Society, Academy of General Dentist, and the Wake County District Dental Society. Dr. Wiggins strongly believes in patient education and quality care. She is dedicated to providing a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for every dental experience.

Dr. Wiggins is married to Andre Smith, an Assistant Principal in Wake County. Together they have three beautiful daughters. She is a big supporter of her Alma Mater, Duke University, even though her dental degree is from UNC.

Dr. Wiggins enjoys spending time cooking, traveling, sports, watching Broadway musicals, and spending time with friends and family. You usually could catch her at a local venue singing karaoke, but now you will find her singing Disney songs with her kids.
